Editor's Cut & Level One Bars

Level One bar, located on the first floor of the Kelvin Hotel, is the House Bar for the Level One Restaurant. Open daily from 4.15pm until late, it’s the perfect place to pop in and grab a drink before dining in our restaurant.

Editor’s Cut Sports bar, on the ground floor of the Kelvin Hotel, is conveniently located in the inner city on Kelvin Street.
Offering exceptional street appeal and café windows to let the sun in, it’s an ideal place to meet friends and colleagues for a well-earned drink.
If you enjoy sports or racing, Editor’s Cut is sure to become your local. We have a large HD screen for live or recorded games, as well as the only TAB facilities in the inner city. We have six TAB screens and the option of both self-service or staff-operated TAB terminals.
We are open from 11am daily with a great all-day menu, coffee and other beverages available. We have something for everyone, so come in and join us!
