Designed to cater for small to medium groups, from 3 to 160 theatre style, or up to 140 banquet style, no set-up is too big, too small or too difficult.

With facilities available to cater for small meetings and interviews to functions of up to 200 guests, the Kelvin Hotel is your one stop conferencing choice.

Level 6 conference room offers panoramic views over the city, this room is suitable for Conferences, Seminars, Product launches, Weddings, Functions, Cocktail Parties and more. Complete with Bar facilities and a wide choice of catering options, AV equipment including a ceiling mounted Data projector, large screen and Wi Fi.

The open plan floor space provides many options for room set up to suit your needs.

Kelvin Board Room is Invercargill’s newest Board room, the CBD location makes this room ideal for meetings of up to 20 delegates.

Wi Fi, AV equipment including a ceiling mounted Data projector. This room works well as a Board room, Class room or U shape setting.

Esk Room This room is situated off Level One Restaurant and is ideal for Private Dining, Board meetings or smaller Product launch presentations.

Room has Wi Fi and LCD data screen. 

Hokonui Room, is situated on the ground floor Reception Lobby, suitable for Interviews and presentations.
